A Clockwork Orange
I am pretty sure you all have seen this. I finally got around to watching it last night and WOW, it was a... interesting movie. I liked how in the end, not everything was exactly "happily ever after" like what you expect from the average movie, it was much darker, which isn't something you see everyday.
All in all, other than the strong English accents which took me a while to get used to, I really liked this movie.
One thing though, I didn't quite understand the very ending of the movie. When he is having his picture taken with the minister, and he flashes to that scene of a man and a woman having sex, why did they show that?
tl;dr great movie, somewhat dark.

Actually that's pretty average with above average movies nowadays.

Never seen/read it, and the only reason I would is to understand the references people make every once in a while.

Nowadays, yes, but not from the 70's. It's kind of like a Catcher In the Rye situation where it's the first of it's kind and you wouldn't expect something like this from that time Era. The only difference is, I DIDN'T hate A Clockwork Orange.
